Refund policy

At Oh Snap woodworks, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Please review our refund policy below:

Refund Eligibility:

  • Standard Products: If your order has not been shipped or picked up, you are eligible for a full refund. Please contact us as soon as possible to initiate the process.

Return of Shipped Products

If you wish to return a product that has already been shipped, the following conditions apply:

  • Restocking Fee: Returned products will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
  • Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for covering all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that the product is returned to us safely.
  • Product Condition: Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. If the item is damaged upon return, we reserve the right to deny the refund or apply additional fees.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Custom-made products are non-refundable and cannot be returned once they have been shipped (please refer to our Refund Policy for details).

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Custom Work Commissions: Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, we do not accept refunds on custom work once the project has been approved and production has begun.
  • Shipped or Picked-Up Orders: Once a product has been shipped or picked up, we cannot offer a refund.
