4. Products and Services

  • Product Descriptions: We strive to ensure all product descriptions and images on the website are as accurate as possible. However, due to the nature of woodworking and custom products, slight variations in color, grain, and dimensions may occur.
  • Custom Orders: For custom commissions, specific requirements and designs must be approved by both parties before production begins. Once a custom order is approved, it cannot be canceled or refunded (see Refund Policy for details).

5. Pricing

All prices on our website are listed in CAD, and applicable taxes, shipping, and handling charges will be added at checkout. We reserve the right to change pricing without notice but will honor the price at the time of your order.

6. Orders and Payments

  • Payment Methods: We accept the following payment methods: PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, MasterCard, Visa, American Express.
  • Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us at info@ohsnapwoodworks.ca.
  • Order Cancellations: Orders for standard products can be canceled if they have not yet been shipped. Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times and rates are outlined in our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

8. Refund Policy

  • Personal Injury: Oh Snap woodworks is not responsible for any bodily injury, including but not limited to, cuts, burns, punctures, lacerations, allergic reactions, or other harm that may occur through the use or handling of our products.

  • Death: In no event shall Oh snap woodworks be held liable for any incidents resulting in death, whether directly or indirectly related to the use or misuse of our products.

By purchasing and using any of our products, you agree to assume all risks associated with their use, including the risk of personal injury, property damage, or death.
